R6 Shock Adaptor

Postby PSTL WHP » Mon Oct 04, 2010 6:18 pm

I have found a shop willing to make the R6 shock adaptor. It will be modeled after an actual Clyons adaptor. The order has to be paid cash up front and will take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Prices will vary depending on size of order but roughly:

$190 each for an order of 5

$150 each for an order of 10

If there's a real demand for this.. IE more than a couple... I'm sure that I could get them made cheaper than that.. probably closer to $100 I'd guess...

Yeah I know this is pricey. I would need 15 people to get near $100. I just know that there were more than a few people interested in doing the R6 shock swap and I am trying to provide a solution.

This is a seriously old thread, but PSTL if it's still possible to buy them, I'll be down for one.

Thats way way too expensive for these things. Mind you I sold them for 75 dollars and could make each one in 15 minutes or less...from solid metal to fully done, blasted and packaged.

Hey clyons, do you still make them? Haven't heard anything lately and I know a few people were trying to get their hands on some, and I believe captain-orange is out of stock at the moment...

I got an Email from Tristan (I believe captain_orange) is his user name. LewisFab has more of the adaptors and the bushing's made. Just received an E-mail about it 4 days ago.

I'm buying mine Thursday! :shades
