For those of us in the US, the Thundercat is the very same bike as your own YZF600R. The UK drops the typical cryptic letter/number combinations from the names and uses actual names for their bikes. Makes sense doesn't it? For example, a Honda CBR600 is simply a "Blade". <br> The ThunderCAT isn't to be confused with the ThunderACE, the Cat's 1000cc big brother. Basically the same as the 600 for the most part, but with the larger 1000cc motor.<br> For those of you with your eye to detail: You can make your US edition YZF600R a "Thundercat" with the simple additions of a few decals on the fairings near the "YZF" decals that say Thundercat in script writing.
