I think most phone cams are using much higher resolution than necessary in most cases and should be adjusted by the user.
Many people now have internet providers that use data caps and charge for overage. Many places still have very slow service.
Unless trying to show a lot of detail, 3meg for a photo is huge.
Once we're all used to the "all you can eat" buffet, it will be quite shocking to go to x$/gigabyte. Our provider has overage charges beyond 25gig/month for the basic package. Included is a free netflix account, how do you think that works out for them?
