Air box mod, now having a first gear issue

So iv got a fighter with the ram air and everything off it. So let me list off the start of the problems i had and see if any one has some input.
1. At first 5th and 6th gear would bog bad, i couldnt go more than 7k rpms in 5th and 6k in 6th.
Fix- put some duct tape of the ram air holes, half covering each one. Bike was doing better than it had been in awhile
2. So with the bike doing better, i decided to route the carb pressure tube inside the air box thinking that would make things rum more smooth. I was wrong. The issue i now have is 1st gear is choppy and boggy, its not a smooth acceleration and i dont think i can take it even to 8k. 2-6th gear work flawlessly and i have good power.

The bike is all stock minus being fightered, do you guys think this is a jetting problem or perhaps poor A/F ratio?

As I understand it, the surge tanks being removed increases the amount of air coming in. Jetting will help, but jetting can be time consuming setting it up properly, not really plug an play.
How did you route the vacuum line? The air filter stock?

A jet kit will help this, plus a combo of A/F screws being adjusted to elevation

How's yours working s8tn? I chug a lil at low rpm, 2-4k, but I think it may be the nature of the beast
